Construction Begins on Dr. Robert Henry’s Medical Practice

Hamden Economic & Community Development is proud to announce the start of construction of Dr. Robert Henry's Medical Practice at 3594 Whitney Avenue in Hamden. Dr. Henry will be moving from his current location at 3588 Whitney Avenue to 3594 Whitney Avenue, which is right across the street.
The newly constructed 10,000 square foot building will sit on 2.71 acres of land and is estimated to cost $1.4 million to complete.
Current Location
Through the help of the Town of Hamden and the Hamden Economic & Community Development Department, Dr. Henry was able to get Business Incentives including Building Permit Waivers and Tax Deferrals. The project is estimated to be completed in late 2016/early 2017.
