The HEDC, through Executive Director Dale Kroop’s responsibilities with the Town Department of Economic and Community Development, has been fortunate to be able to utilize several funding sources to complete redevelopment work consistent with the mission of the HEDC.
For these programs and projects, we collaborate with numerous trade, institutional and corporate partners to help gain funding as well as knowledge of best practices.
