Community Development

At the heart of all we all do, we want our communities to be safe and prosperous for all. This involves equity in the public infrastructure, environmental justice, and doing the harder things that don't always make economic sense. Properties that are blighted and contaminated all have a story and it is our job to find out that story and solve the problems therein.

We are committed to doing what is needed to improve the status of our communities, whether it is a commercial, residential, or public project. We seek to improve the value of community assets and the economic value of personal property in order to build wealth and a positive environment of public health and safety.
